I think the insurance companies need to approve and pay for this if anyone do not like sticking there fingers should not have to wit till something happens to the person when a patient talks with there doctor insurance company should rejects it’s a shame we pay all that money and get told you’re not qualified

I ordered from you guys weeks ago, selected the 2-4 Day Shipping option, and still haven’t received the infusion sets that are necessary for me to get my insulin. I called today and someone was kind enough to overnight me a separate one instead, but I haven’t gotten confirmation of that package. In light of what happened with this one, I am uneasy. It’s unacceptable, and I will not be ordering through you again.
