Shipping & Handling
Our teams strives to get your orders out as quickly as possible from our fulfillment warehouse. Most companies will have processing times that can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours which can be frustrating for the customer. Here at DiabeticTestStrips.org, orders are fulfilled and shipped out immediately without any delays or "processing times."
Domestic orders have the option of either USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Express Mail. All transit times are in business days (Monday-Friday).
All U.S Federal Holidays are observed by our team, and fulfillment and shipping will be handled during the next business day.
Orders from DiabeticTestStrips.org ship from our fulfillment warehouse in Florida. We ship to all US, APO/FPO/DPO, and US Territories' addresses.
USPS First Class orders will ship out the same day of order date, excluding weekends. You can expect to receive your order in 3-6 business days via USPS First Class Mail (orders must be placed before 3PM EST.)
USPS Priority Mail orders will ship out the same day of order date, excluding weekends. You can expect to receive your order in 2-4 business days (orders must be placed before 3PM EST.)
USPS Priority Express Mail orders will ship out the same day of order date, excluding weekends. You can expect to receive your order in 1-2 business days (orders must be placed before 3PM EST.)
Quality customer service is paramount for us here at DiabeticTestStrips.org. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund within 7 days of original purchase (Returns must be unused, unopened, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).
DiabeticTestStrips.org reserves the right to refuse items received in used condition or without the original packaging.
Contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org describing the reason for return in detail. If there was a mistake made on our behalf we will gladly cover the cost of the return shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be sent to the provided email address once an order is 'fulfilled', which means it has been packaged up and is ready to ship. You will also be able to find this information when you log into your account.
Orders are typically sent the same day a tracking number is generated. Don't panic if you don't see the tracking information update--scans may not be available until your package reaches the USPS sorting facility closer to its final destination.
Along the journey, the USPS may route a package incorrectly, or cause unexpected delays and error. Shipping times via USPS are only estimates and do not provide a money-back guarantee.
