Not worth the money

This item sells for $125 a piece. Said to last 7 days. On average lasts 5 days. I’ve had several that don’t work more than a day. I had an entire box of 5 that I couldn’t remove the insertion needles without dislodging the entire sensor. This device is far from being accurate. If it reads 89mg/dl and I check my BS and find it measures 115. Once I enter the reading of 115 the device should read 115. But it never does. Hence readings are always off. Granted I know one is interstitial and one is glucose but still what is point of calibration. Customers shouldn’t call and complain because technical/product support people are clueless.

To clarify, I’m no idiot and and we’ll trained with medical devices. I’m a practicing physician. I’m a nephrologist having practiced over 20 years including 11 years of critical care medicine.
